Exchange and return
We want shopping at Kissy Kids to be comfortable and enjoyable. If something doesn't fit, we will always tell you how to arrange an exchange or return as simply and easily as possible.
Exchange or return is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been used, has retained its original appearance and packaging.
Exchange
If you want to replace an item with another one, just write to us in any convenient way (phone, e-mail, or Instagram). We will agree on the details, find an alternative, and help you arrange the shipment.
Delivery in both directions is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Returns.
A refund is possible if:
the product has a manufacturing defect;
was damaged during transportation;
or does not match the order.
In this case, we cover all shipping costs.
We always approach each situation individually and do our best to make you satisfied with the service. If something happens, just tell us and we will find a solution.
A small request: please inspect the parcel upon receipt. This will help you to arrange an exchange or refund faster if the courier or post office inadvertently damaged the package.
